HENRY Stephen M. Henry, son of John and grandson of Stephen Henry, was born in Wayne County, September 8, 1825. He has been twice married; first, March 7, 1850, to Delilah Burnett, and second, to Catharine Burnett, half-sister of his first wife, and has lived in Franklin Township since April 1, 1858. Mr. Henry is an energetic man, with positive and pronounced opinions, and a Democrat of the old Jacksonian type. He is a public-spirited, influential citizen, has served nine years as Justice of the Peace, and six years as Commissioner of Wayne County, in all of which positions he acquitted himself with honor.
