REV. JOHN JOSEPH RAUCK – is the son of Michael and Artonia (Wilhelm) Rauck.  He was 
born in Fulda, Prussia.  He came to this county in 1852.  He is a priest of St. Mary’s parish at 
the furnaces, residing in Elizabeth township.  His postoffice address is Ironton, Lawrence 
county, Ohio.
