From the 1915 Lake County, Ohio Atlas

SUNNYSIDE is owned by Robert C. Golding, address Perry, Ohio. It contains 27 
acres on the Narrows Rd., in Perry Village. The Farms specialty consists of the 
cultivation of fruit, embracing small fruits, strawberries, raspberries, etc. It
is watered by never-failing wells and its building improvements consist of a 
pleasant home residence, with necessary barns and out buildings. Its surface is 
level and its soil a gravel and clay loam. Mr. Golding purchased this property 
from Mrs. J.E. Childs, April 1915. He was born on the North Ridge Rd., on his 
fathers farm and farming has been his occupation from his time of coming to his 
majority. He is considered a practical and successful farmer and is active in 
the best interests of the Township.
