From the 1915 Lake County, Ohio Atlas

ORCHARD VIEW is owned by Kate S. Garner, and O. J. Garner, post office address 
Perry, Ohio, R.F.F.D., No. 2. It contains 44.28 acres on the Lane Road, three 
miles from Painesville and two miles from Perry Village. The soil products 
embrace oats, corn, rye, wheat, potatoes and hay. The average is four acres of 
rye, six of corn, six of oats, five of wheat and two of potatoes. Some fruits 
cultivated and there are  five acres in meadow, the remainder in pasture. 
Spring and well water is furnished in abundance for stock and buildings. 
Building improvements are in best of condition. The farms surface is level and 
the soil a clay and sand loam. The farm has been in  the family for about 50 
years. Mrs. Garner married Larue M. Garner, Oct. 29, 1874, her husband died 
Sept. 7, 1906. O. J. Garner married Myrtle M. Brinkman, February. 22, 1898, 
their family consists of two children, Amber M. and Cecil L.
