Colburn, Post Office Address Perry, Ohio. Three and one-half miles distant. It numbers 60 acres on Lane Station Road, stop 7. Painesville and Perry are the principal markets, located both on the steam railroad and electric railway at Lane Station. This farm is devoted to general farming, dairy and fruit. Alfalfa is a special product which together with dairy adds materially to the farms revenues. The farm has a complete water system, also gas well from which all building are lighted. Building improvements are new and the entire farm is under cultivation. It has a complete system of tile drainage, embracing 65,000 feet of tile. The farms surface is level, and its soil contains a black sand and clay loam with clay subsoil which is very rich and under a huge state of cultivation. Mr. Colburn purchased this farm in 1910 and has added many modern and costly improvements. He married Josephine Doncaster, of LeRoy, March, 1913.
