Lapham, Post Office Painesville, Ohio, R. F. D. No. 1. It contains 23 acres on the Hale Road, three and one-half miles from Painesville. Soil products embrace corn, Oats, etc. A creek and two wells furnish an ample water supply. Building improvements embrace a nine room residence, modern in its conveniences and general barn 50 x 27. The residence is supplied with furnace heat and a pump is located in the pantry which furnishes a convenient water supply for residence. The farms surface is level and its soil a gravelly loam. Mr. Lapham purchased this farm in 1902, where he has since resided. He married Nellie Wilson, Nov. 9, 1884, and the family consists of four children, viz: Fred E., Lloyd A., Maude I., and Mabel I. Lloyd A Lapham resides on the farm. Fred E. resides in Painesville and is engaged in merchandising. Maude I. is engaged as a stenographer and Mabel E. married Mr. Tilton and their residence is Painesville, Ohio.
