I. Stevenson, Post Office Address, Perry, Ohio, two and one-half miles distant. It contains 95 acres, located on The Middle Ridge Road, Township 11 Range 7. Dairying, general soil products and fruit culture comprise the Farm's chief revenues. The dairy comprises the 21 head of Holsteins and 30 gallons of milk is the daily product. Never-failing wells and a creek furnish an ample water supply. The farms building are in the best of condition. The residence contains nine rooms and the stock barn, which is modern in every respect, is supplied with cement flooring. It is considered one of the fine barns in Lake County. In addition, there is a milk house 40 x 60 and horse barn. The farm's surface is generally level. This was the property of William Stevenson, father of the present owner, who settled here in 1864, and at his death the title passed on to his son 1884. Mr. Stevenson married Josephine Rose, March 17, 1869, and their family consists of five children.
