SIMON HERR was born at Bluffton, in this county, on the 17th of April, 1851. 
His parents, Christian and Catharina Herr, are from Europe. Their children 
are John, Fannie, Catharine, Christian, Simon, Peter, David and Annie. Mr. 
Herr's wife is a daughter of Darius and Fanny Musser.
